Steve, Sen John Sapien, Pres. Webb, Pres. Rounsville, Pres. Murray and Bro. Ross Whetten were the first ones to shovel out the first ground...Then other members were invited to come and participate...The weather was cloudy and at sometimes windy, but was nice during the dedication and ground breaking...then it started to rain...It was such a fun time for everyone that came...This was my first ground breaking for a church/stake center...Way fun!!!
