Steve made one of my favorites today...Katsudon(breaded pork with onions, peas, egg and soy sauce on a bed of rice)...He put extra onions and peas on it...just the way I like it...He put it on a plate for me since the actual bowl that you serve this dish in is so big...we used purple cabbage to add more color today instead of green cabbage...Everything was just perfect...I would say "FABULOUS"...
