Wow nice day. Ours is overcast and warmish... oh and the pics worked, thanks! and I want to see some of the braces!!
Wow nice long day! So for the next package... garments, water bottle flavor packets, and that's all for now. For the garment size and style I will have to tell you over the phone or something, I don't know now. I asked mom for some shirts already so I figured shirts one and garments another.
Everything is still good. The shoes are all fine because of the two pairs and one is use for nice events. Everything is good and my socks are just fine.
New comp is great and training is sweet! I love working with him and his fire and excitement and naive questions. It is so fun! We have such a blast together.
Your prayers have been answered and now you have one happy missionary!
Hey Everyone!
Well way fun, crazy, partially stressful first week with Elder de Souza!! He is the best elder I could have gotten! We have such a goofy, dang fun time together. And he is no new missionary. He has great fire and uses it well. I have been just getting all organized and senior mode and it has turned into a great fun experience.
Through all the hustly and bustle of life and planning and investigators needs, I have come to realize that God knows us and really DOES help us in our times of need. there have been evenings where investigators have cancelled and so the next days plan is skewed and consequentially I began to stress about the best way to go. Then, of course, God once again revealed his hand and eased my feelings, calmed me out, and helped everything work out. I really do love the fact that we have a Heavenly Father up there looking down over us and aiding our lives. Way cool.
And the continuing of the Book of Mormon has proven to increase my testimony even more! It really is the TRUE BOOK. We can receive so much help and power from it that I just want everyone to try it out and honestly see for themself. That'S why there is so much good potential is missionary work. The Book of Mormon is there for us all, no matter the language, as I have come to really understand in this area. It has such a power that as we open it, read from its pages, and ponder the application to our lives, we can be that much more personally edified and grown. Amazing!
So, all in all, just read it, onegai!
We have the help to get through each day, we just have to open the Book, read, and talk to our Father through prayer.
I love you all and can't wait to talk to many of you for Mothers Day!
