I told Steve that I miss being home for the 4th because of all the fun things going on at Pat's home and the Rupert Parade...He really misses it as well and so does Amanda...Well, Steve came home the other day and told me he found me a parade...So after our Paradise Hills Ward pancake breakfast we went to the Corrales Parade. It was so much fun...Lots of people there and we sat by lots of people from the Cibola Ward and they invited us to their Ward BBQ after the parade... Our friend, Elona and her son are from Albania and they have never been to a parade...so this was a first for them...
I guess I can live here now...
Oh, I finally transferred my car insurance to New Mexico and I also licensed my car in New Mexico...Guess that tells us all something...
I finally found someone that can cut my hair and give me a perm and it looks good when I walk out of the place and not have to wait for 3 weeks to maybe start liking it...
We love the weather here...
We love our ward...
Steve and I have great jobs...
Amanda has a wonderful school to attend and has some really good friends...
We miss Idaho and being closer to family, but I guess I can call this home now...
You are all welcome to come and play any time...
We are so blessed...

I can so totally understand what you are saying about not being at home with the family and all the fun things that went on around the fourth of July. It took me a very long time to be able to call Ohio home. But after almost 13 years of being here, I can't imagine living any where else. But I still tell Chris he can take the girl out of Idaho but you can't take the Idaho out of the girl. Idaho will forever be in my heart.
You know what will happen now...
it's like a favorite church calling...you get released
or
Transfered!!
Love your guts!
