We had so much fun mailing Aaron back and forth last night...He just brightens our Monday night. We changed our family home evening nights to Sunday night so we can have Monday evening as our "Missionary Email Night"...
Hey Dad!
Thanks so much for the letter. First off, that would be great with Sister Koyama. I would love to help out with that and get that sent on to her.
I totally agree with the living life exactly as Heavenly Father would have us live. It is the neatest thing and I never want to lose it!
I am way proud of you too with the physical awesomeness! Honto ni omedetou =ne! otousan wa ima honto ni sugoi mohan wo settei shite imasu!
With the lady who was baptized a year ago...one thing that has helped a lot of our less actives here is just our visits. We go, talk, share something we love from the book of mormon and just show our love for them. and =in the case of this lady, her husband is a little hantai right now so try=ing to become his friend too could help. you are already great at helpin=g neighborly people and showing the goodness of the gospel. so i would ju=st say work some of the gospel magic on him. by having a good time with =him and continuing to share what you love about the gospel with him, thin=gs will turn over for better!thanks also for the encouragement. i always love that. i know i am in the=right place without a doubt. there are, however, still those times when=i get a little frustrated and quickly have to remember all the miracles =i have seen and love of God i have felt. i know i am doing as the Lord w=ould have me do right now.thanks again for your love and support!love elder parks
Hey amanda!!i am so happy you and your teeth are getting along! you will be so happy in a few years when all that is done and looking amazing!where is this tony hillerman school? and why aren:t you going to james monroe?i love you tons!brother elder parks
thanks for the great missionary letter! i always love hearing about the goods over there!i am so proud of you all and get so happy when i hear the good things of your lives!way to go also on the physically fit side of things! i am sitting at 80 kilo:s right now and still want this gut off! once i leave the brazillian area i am planning on it getting easier! haha
Hey Everyone!!Well i can:t believe it but there went another week! And only two more and then transfers! Shoot time is going fast!Elder da Silva and i have been going going going here and its been great!I have been also going to a neighboring area quite a bit to help with portuguese and it has been way fun! actually last week i go to go on a brazillian radio program and talk tons about the church! there were people on from portugal, brazil, and japan. way cool time! The gospel is the neatest thing and it all opens up to perspective when you get to share it in other languages! I have come to have a deep love for south americans as well as the language of Portuguese! Right now we have two little girls, mariana 11 and luana 8, getting baptized on the 19th and they are so neat! their parents were less active for 3 years, became active again, and now we have worked to the point of baptism for the daughters! way good time.I just love the work and watching all the growth take place, personally and otherwise.I know that was kind of short for today but time got short!I know the gospel is true. i know as we have the spirit the lord we can be utmost happy!i love you tons!!elder parks
