Aaron and I did the roasting green chili's a few years ago...We only have a few bags left so we decided to get a box yesterday at Walmart. They roast them for you while you wait. Steve and Amanda helped out yesterday with their first box. We had a lot of fun peeling the chili, getting all the seeds out and then bagging them. The final product went into the fridge over night to cool down and tomorrow we'll put them in the freezer...
We all now are offically "New Mexicans"
Our home still smells really good when you walk in...
