YIPPEE !!!!!!! We finally heard from Aaron....
Hey Family!
Sorry about last week...
pday was switched to Monday for that week and so this place was closed for email.
The package rocked!!! Totally loved it and am sad it is almost depleted already!!
haha, !!
hey real quick....
don't worry about the mountain tire for a bit, I just bought a new back tire because the one I had ripped and it's a little bigger and the bike right now is great so don't worry about the tires.
Area and companion are going great. There is just lots to do and lots I would like to change but am just doing what I can and loving the help that comes from on High!
um...yeah the weather right now is cold and snow is coming down!! We were shocked this morning....lame
We had a 74 stake, 4 district conference via broadcast from slc and told Aaron about different talks...They talked alot about missionary work and preparing to go and being willing to serve.
one question that was asked
What is your status in life vs your status with God? Here is Aaron's response...
That sounds awesome!!
I feel a little lucky as a missionary with the status question. I am always trying harder to have God in my life more and He really helps out! It is the coolest time ever!
Hey Family!
Well unfortunately last week didn't happen due to this place being closed on Mondays and our pday got moved back to Monday for that week. But here I am and way excited for a new niece!! Woot!
Well time got kind of short today after reading all the emails and the computer shutting down randomly so I will make it short.
The area is still way good and we are integrating more of the Japanese into our work and working with the members to really find those who have been prepared. As a mission we have the goal of seeing over 21 baptisms in March and have named it March Madness!! haha, way good times and lots of special fasts everyday by different areas for the work to go foreward. Ours, by the way, is this Friday starting from 6pm that night until Saturday at 6pm. If you would like to join, by all means go ahead. I would love the extra support.
Last night we asked one of our investigators to be baptized on the 29th and he said he could say yes right then but I really thinK he can do it! His name is Niwa and way awesome. He is on of the people who will specifically be in our fast as well as Deiani, Tiego, Janaina, and Gabriel, our aweomse Brazillian family that has potential to be baptized this month as well. So, if you want to fast as well, go ahead and we will experience the power of God together! Fasting really is the bomb and helps so much.
Well that's about all for the time limit but I love you all tons and hope you can all realize the goodness of the Restored Gospel everyday! The church is true and we can all live happily together forever by doing our part and remaining true to what we know!
